One of the best ways to make new friends and strengthen existing relationships is to commit to a shared activity together. Becoming a team member is a great way to meet new people, especially if you are new to a church, and to grow in spiritual formation.

Our team members are the heartbeat of our ministry as each one plays a vital role in creating an experience that connects people to Christ. God gave each of us special gifts (1 Peter 4:10), and as we use them to serve others, He delights in our labor of love; in fact, we’re closest to the character of Christ when we're serving God by serving others.  

At KEI, you're not just a volunteer, but a highly valued character in a great story God is telling through His Church; it's the story of redemption and God working through ordinary people to accomplish an extraordinary task. From our experience, we have seen how this one step of faith to serve has radically transformed lives and led people to have a greater sense of belonging and purpose.
